Terminal welding machine structure characteristics

 (1) The whole machine is composed of two parts: loading rack and unloading rack; The feeding rack consists of three parts: feed system (motor), wire feeding device (ball screw) and fixture; The cutting frame is installed with the main shaft housing, bearing seat and bearing cover and other components.

(2) The main shaft box is composed of the upper and lower halves, the upper half is the rotating part, the lower half is the supporting plate and connecting disc of the rotating part of the main shaft; The lower part of the main shaft housing is provided with two adjustable support foot seats.

(3) The reducer and the motor are installed in the same base and share a pulley connected to the two sides of the motor.

(4) The upper part of the reducer is provided with an oil cup slot and an oil drain screw hole for refueling or oil discharge.
